Sage is widely used as a culinary herb in meat dishes, dressings, sauces, mixed herb seasonings, and teas. The handsome, dusty-green to silvery foliage forms a good base for dried floral wreaths and swags. Medicinal: Leaves traditionally used in digestive and nerve tonics. Astringent, antiseptic.
